Nicola Townsend MAAT

Payroll Technician

Nicola brings over four years of hands-on experience in payroll, managing everything from pension contributions and holiday pay to SSP and SMP queries with confidence and precision. She is currently studying AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge in payroll and finance. Known for her determination and attention to detail, Nicola has a keen eye for spotting discrepancies and isn’t afraid to triple-check her work to ensure absolute accuracy.

Business Development Manager

Paul serves as Business Development Manager, championing our story, and the services we deliver. He connects with prospective customers to explore how our experience and approach can align with their ambitions and create lasting partnerships.

Rachel Trussler

Office Manager & HR Administrator

Rachel is responsible for taking care of all HR and administrative tasks throughout the company, as well as making sure all runs smoothly at SAS HQ. Her extensive experience within customer service means she provides a friendly first point of contact to clients and visitors.

Rishi Sekaran BA (Hons)

Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior

Rishi is an experienced auditor and accountant, currently pursuing his ACA qualification. He brings expertise in managing audits from initial planning to final completion, ensuring a smooth and thorough process at every stage. In addition to audit management, Rishi is skilled in preparing and filing year-end accounts and corporation tax returns. His detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to our team.

Rumit Gandhi BSc (Hons)

Accountant

After successfully completing a degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of Sussex, Rumit joined our Virtual Finance team at SAS. Rumit’s responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping for a number our clients and developing his expertise in tax, particularly for self-assessments and VAT. His determination to learn and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike are an asset to Team SAS.

Selina Davey MAAT

SAS Micro Senior Accountant

Selina has vast experience working with micro entity clients in a top 100 accountancy firm. Specialising in financial statement preparation, Selina will be in working in Micro’s year end department and will have involvement in our mid-year review service along with other consultancy services.

Shakhreen Miah AATQB

Junior Accountant

After completing her A-levels, Shakhreen took a gap year to work and travel before beginning an apprenticeship at her previous firm, where she spent nearly two years. During this time, she achieved her Level 3 AAT qualification and built a solid foundation in accounting. Now working towards her Level 4 AAT, with ambitions to progress to Level 7, she brings enthusiasm, determination, and a strong commitment to professional growth. Shakhreen’s proactive attitude and eagerness to learn make her a valuable asset to the team and a great fit for a growing, forward-thinking firm.

Shannon Kiely

Junior Accountant

Shannon is currently working towards her Level 3 AAT qualification, further enhancing her expertise in the accounting industry. With a wealth of experience, she brings valuable knowledge and a strong commitment to her work. Shannon thrives on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance. She is always eager to take on new challenges, with no task being too much for her. Her enthusiasm for learning and expanding her skill set makes her a dedicated and adaptable professional in the field.
