Kitty Mansfield-Nieberg MAAT 

Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior

Kitty is an integral part of the year-end team in SAS, preparing year-end accounts and corporation tax returns, as well as being the first point of contact for numerous clients. Kitty is a qualified accountant who achieved her AAT qualification while working at SAS and is currently working towards her ACA-CTA. qualification.

Laura Burchill

Client Onboarding Administrative Assistant

Laura brings 28 years of experience running her own business, where she developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Alongside managing her business, she gained administrative experience within a construction company, supporting day-to-day office operations. Her background has equipped her with excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Lauren Brooks AATQB

SAS Micro Accountant

Lauren is responsible for Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Self-Assessments, and Year-End accounts within the Micro Team. Her role also entails liaising with HMRC and conducting mid-year reviews to keep clients on track. Beyond the numbers, she plays a key role in training new team members, sharing her knowledge, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Mark Thompson AATQB

Semi-Senior Accountant

Mark works within the Virtual Finance Team, helping to provide our growing number of clients with a fully outsourced finance department. Mark is the first cultural ambassador in his current role, promoting diversity, and equality and providing a safe environment where colleagues feel heard, supported, and recognised. Before starting at SAS, he worked for British Airways for 13 years, giving him outstanding customer service skills and an ability to build strong relationships. Mark is currently studying towards the ACA qualification.

Mark Kerrison

Chairman

Mark Kerrison sits on the SAS board as a Non-Executive Director, helping the team to shape and execute on our core strategic goals. He is a veteran of the IT industry with over 30 years’ experience. Over the course of Mark’s career, he has helped launch and grow a number of highly successful companies, most recently New Net Technologies, which he founded in 2008 and recently sold to a large US corporation based out of Irvine California. In addition, Mark has held senior leadership positions at Cable and Wireless in the UK, and Allen Systems Group in the United States. Mark lived with his wife and two children in the USA for over 10 years. Outside of the corporate world Mark also helped to launch one of Florida’s Largest Youth Soccer Clubs with now over 1700 children participating at all levels from recreational all the way to professional and college scholarship.

Meha Bakhai ACA

Chief Financial Officer

Meha’s role as Chief Financial Officer sees her managing various aspects of the business, whilst her leadership and willingness to support junior team members has been vital in developing the next generation of talent at SAS. Alongside this, she oversees the year end accounts and corporation tax department at SAS, having taken a keen interest in the technical side of the role. A very driven individual, with strong managerial skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, which has seen her take responsibility for ensuring the team is providing clients with their statutory returns in good time. Prior to joining SAS, Meha studied Accounting with Economics at Northampton University and has now obtained her ACA qualification.

Natalie Jackson MAAT

Junior Accountant

Natalie is a key member of the Virtual Finance Team, providing bookkeeping support to a diverse portfolio of companies and serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.

Nicola Hill

Accounts Assistant

Nicola has an array of finance experience previously working with Citi Bank & Ladbrokes before moving into the construction industry where she has worked as a Finance Manager for some of the UK’s largest firms, such as Clancy Docwra and Carey Group. Nicola provides immense experience within the construction industry.
